From Ithaca, via Rte 96:

North to  Perry City Road, turn LEFT, follow for 1 mile.

From Ithaca, via Rte 79:

West on Rte 79, TURN right @ Applegate Rd for 3 miles, (it becomes Jacksonville Rd)  TURN left @ Perry City Rd, go about ½ a block.
