Caravan Fiber

Home of The Fiber Journey

Welcome to Caravan Fiber & Farm

The home of all things fiber. We’ve got fiber animals, fiber workshops and lots of soft wonderful fiber, including sheep’s wool, alpaca, angora and mohair.

And even though we’re in the midst of Winter--there is a lot happening on & off the farm:

In the studio... I’ve cleared out all of last year’s work and new projects are in progress. Fiber Journey classes are scheduled and starting to fill. This year I will be highlighting dyeing and felting,as these two subjects go hand-in-hand.

Workshops...This year I’m focused on teaching both in the studio and at other locations. To help you plan on a class for your organisation I have set up an hourly rate per student per hour plus a materials fee. This way, you may easily customize the class by date, time, place, and topic .

On the farm... I’ve added black Giant Angora named Domino, and a horse named Sweetie.

Off the farm... The Caravan is traveling! I’m offer fiber presentations at the location of your choice. And just like my classes--you choose the date, time, place, and topic. I bring the studio equipment linked to the topic, then discuss and demonstrate it. AND I bring a live angora bunny, too!

At The Franklin Gallery in Watkins Glen... They are now offering my felting classes as their new fiber artist in residence.  Check out all of the classes offered.

And on this site... You’ll soon be able to purchase fiber, yarns and fiber related tools as  well as signing up for classes and complete your purchases through PayPal.
